Raksi Hour delivers every night from 10:40 PM to 4:00 AM, seven days a week, including public holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 AM are delivered the same night.

Raksi Hour delivers inside Kathmandu Valley only, covering Thamel, Lazimpat, Baluwatar, Baneshwor, Jhamsikhel, Pulchowk and surrounding neighbourhoods. Deliveries outside the valley are not available.

Browse the menu, then send a WhatsApp message to +977 980-000-0000 with the items you want and your delivery address. You will get a confirmation with the total and an arrival time. There is no app to download and no account to create.

Most orders arrive within 30–45 minutes of confirmation. Delivery times inside the ring road are usually at the faster end of that range.

Raksi Hour accepts Cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, Bank transfer. Payment is taken on delivery — nothing is charged before your order is confirmed.

Yes. The minimum order is Rs. 1,000, and delivery is Rs. 150 flat inside the ring road.

You must be 18 or older to order alcohol or tobacco from Raksi Hour. Our riders may ask for photo ID on delivery, and orders can be refused if age cannot be confirmed.

Yes. Alongside whiskey, rum, vodka, gin and beer, Raksi Hour delivers cigarettes, mixers, sodas, energy drinks and bottled water on the same order.
